International Buyers Preview 2026 opens in Bologna

With the International Buyers Preview MARCA BolognaFiere & ADM 2026, Bologna once again confirms its role as the global crossroads for private label innovation. Scheduled for January 13, the event anticipates the most awaited international trade fair in the sector and represents a strategic opportunity for food and seafood companies aiming to expand abroad.

The preview offers exclusive access to international buyers from four continents, fostering direct dialogue between producers and retailers with pre-defined budgets and purchasing mandates. Attendance is reserved for a selected audience of decision-makers, ensuring high-level B2B meetings and tangible export results.

Buyers from Europe, America and Asia

Among the confirmed countries are Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada and Mexico, joined by delegations from the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Romania, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. This network represents the new geographical axis of private label expansion, marked by growing interest in quality, innovation, and Italian manufacturing reliability.

Seafood companies will be able to present private label and branded product lines with an increasingly demanded focus on sustainability, traceability, and recyclable packaging. This positions Made in Italy as a leader in the private label seafood segment, reinforcing its reputation for excellence.

Targeted business matching and digital tools

Organized in collaboration with ITA – Italian Trade Agency, the event benefits from the participation of buyers from non-European markets, particularly the United States, through its Chicago office. The international program includes one-to-one meetings and digital matchmaking tools that allow exhibitors to schedule their agendas in advance.

Thanks to the B2Match platform, exhibitors can review buyer profiles, schedule meetings, and plan their participation strategically. The goal is to maximize every available minute, fostering concrete and lasting commercial relationships.

An agenda that anticipates market trends

The January preview is not only a networking event but a snapshot of the trends that will shape the March fair. Emerging markets, innovative product formats, and evolving distribution models make this preview an unmissable event for anyone involved in private label and the Italian agri-food supply chain.

For seafood companies, taking part means joining a global circuit where production excellence meets international demand, strengthening the presence of Italian seafood among the top-performing categories in private label.
