Offishina, auteur vision between sea and raw material: the Salento aperitivo that tells a story

These are projects that don’t chase trends, but grow from an authentic vision. This is what Offishina is: a company that has chosen to give the sea a new voice – one made of artisanship, slow time and deep coherence. Every action – from the processing of the catch to the storytelling of the product – is part of a journey that goes beyond business and builds culture, relationships and identity. In this context, the open-sea aperitivo is not a promotional event, but the natural extension of a project that lives through its ability to interpret the territory with intelligence and sensitivity. On board the Brigitte yacht, among the transparent waters of Salento, a unique experience combines the excellence of Offishina® products with an exclusive setting, where landscape and gastronomy become part of the same narrative.

The onboard chef creates a menu using the company’s marine charcuterie and condiments, paired with selected champagne, wines and gin. But this is more than a tasting: it is an immersive experience designed to restore food to its emotional and territorial dimension. A cuisine that speaks with sincerity and allows space for the silence of the sea, the rhythm of the waves and the light reflected on the Salento caves. Developed by Offishina in collaboration with Luxury Yachts Gallipoli, the project was captured in a video by filmmaker Giorgio Teti: a visual story that enhances the essence of the experience without artifice. The response has been immediate: the company has already received numerous bookings – especially from international tourists (particularly Americans) increasingly attracted by unconventional experiences that fuse food, wine and landscape into one authentic journey.

The offshore aperitivo is therefore a coherent expression of a production philosophy that has made quality and craftsmanship a true manifesto. Every detail, from cave ageing to the choice of pairings, reflects the work of those who chose not to chase the market, but to create it – one step at a time – building long-lasting relationships with the territory and the people who visit it.

Offishina is not looking for special effects. It simply continues to evolve with coherence. And in doing so, it demonstrates that gastronomic excellence – when driven by vision and patience – can become storytelling, hospitality and shared memory.
