Panapesca Launches Frozen Seafood Sauces

Just open the package, pour into a pan, and in less than 7 minutes the dish is ready. Panapesca, a historic Italian company founded in 1972 in the heart of Tuscany and a benchmark in the world of frozen seafood, presents its new line of frozen seafood sauces. Designed for those who love the authentic flavor of maritime tradition without giving up practicality, the new trio of ready-to-use sauces brings to the table the freshness of the catch and the intense aromas typical of the finest seafood tradition.

The range includes three gourmet-inspired ready-to-eat variations: the new Red Sauce with Squid, the first of its kind to be launched on the market, enriched with squid, cod, and cuttlefish—perfect for a first course such as the iconic Calamarata. Among the classics of seafood tradition, Panapesca introduces the new Seafood Ragù, available in both white and red versions, combining squid, cuttlefish, cod, shrimp, and octopus.

Practical, versatile, and refined solutions, perfect for a tasty dinner or to add a special touch to everyday meals. Panapesca’s new ready-to-use sauces are not only a flavor ally but also an invitation to experiment: they can turn simple pasta into creative and delicious dishes.

These new sauces are part of the “Fatto con il Cuore” line: a claim that encapsulates a philosophy centered on care, passion, and authenticity, but also on enhancing and balancing flavors, to deliver an authentic and fulfilling experience. At the core are carefully selected ingredients, recipes rooted in tradition but designed with an eye toward balance and innovation, and preparation times that let you enjoy the taste of tradition while leaving more room for moments of sharing.

“With this new line, we want to concretely respond to an increasingly defined demand from the market: ready meals that are practical and high quality, able to combine tradition and innovation, but also meet different preferences and dietary needs,” says Giovanni Sabino, CEO of Panapesca.

“That’s why,” adds Sabino, “we chose to offer three new gluten-free references: because for us, the table is, above all, about sharing. The claim Fatto con il Cuore expresses an approach that begins with the selection of ingredients and the balance of flavors to offer a unique and rewarding experience. Behind each new reference lies the meticulous work of our Research and Development department and our Seafood Academy, the place where research, training, and culinary experimentation come together to enhance taste in an innovative and sustainable way. Here, thanks to the contribution of our kitchen staff and in collaboration with the quality department, recipes are designed and tested to provide consumers with an authentic, fulfilling experience in line with new needs and preferences.”
